What to Expect with the New Billing System
Cobb Water has moved to a new billing system. The new billing system brings significant enhancements for customers and increased efficiencies:
- All customers have a new account number. Please update your bill payments accordingly.
- A newly designed water bill.
- A new customer self-service portal with more information and capabilities to streamline customer requests for:
- Payment Plans
- Leak Adjustments
- Rebate Applications
- Senior Discounts
- Service Moves
- Autopay
- More account information that is easily downloadable
- If service is interrupted for non-payment, reconnection will be processed automatically once the full past due balance and all fees are paid during business hours.
- Mobile work order system increases efficiency and reduces wait times for service requests.
- More capabilities to communicate with customers about important information.
