Water conservation is a critical element in continuing to meet the water supply needs within Cobb County. This document provides a comprehensive look at historical and current water use patterns, and conservation strategies associated with water conservation in Cobb County. The development of this plan was guided by AWWA Manual M52, Water Conservation Programs-A Planning Manual, ANSI/AWWA G480-20 standards, and the Metro North Georgia Water Planning District’s Water Resource Management Plan.
