February 9- March 23

Low-impact aerobic exercise minimizes the force on your bones and joints, unlike high-impact aerobics, which commonly involves vigorous jumping, shuffling and bouncing motions. Low impact reduces your risk of injuries and makes this type of exercise ideal for beginners or seniors.  Low impact shouldn't be confused with low intensity; low-impact activity can still significantly raise heart rate and benefit cardiovascular and respiratory systems. Get a good work out while protecting bones and joints! Please bring a small towel to class.
