Public Information Open House: Dallas Highway and Lost Mountain Road/Mars Hill Road Intersection Improvements

The Cobb County Department of Transportation will hold a public information open house concerning improvements at the intersection of Dallas Highway and Lost Mountain Road/Mars Hill Road Thursday, April 19, 2018, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the West Cobb Senior Center (Oak Hall, 4915 Dallas Highway, Powder Springs, GA 30127). Citizens are invited to learn more about the project, ask questions and provide comments. There will be no formal presentation.

The proposed project includes intersection improvements on Dallas Highway and Lost Mountain Road/Mars Hill Road. Improvements will include turn lane modifications and commercial access modifications along Mars Hill Road and Lost Mountain Road. The project’s limits are Dallas Highway, from McConnell Road to Schofield Drive; Mars Hill Road, from Dallas Highway to Pindos Pass and Collegiate Way; and Lost Mountain Road, from Dallas Highway to approximately 1,100 feet south of the intersection.
